Maria has 25 years’ experience working within Primary Education. Her previous roles include: classroom teacher, RE subject leader, senior leader and consultant. She has supported primary schools with nurturing children’s spirituality and wellbeing nationwide.
Maria is the director and creative facilitator at Arco Iris Learning, which she founded in 2011. She delivers children’s sessions and CPD training for primary colleagues both
in-person and online.
She also teaches a weekly after-school Creative Photography programme to primary schools and is the editor of the termly magazine ‘CreativitiTREE’.
